ND Agency Shortlisted in Four Categories at the 2026 Global Performance Marketing Awards

ND Agency, an Australian specialist affiliate and partnership marketing agency, has been shortlisted in four categories at the 2026 Global Performance Marketing Awards (GPMA), including Agency of the Year.

The shortlist recognises our partnerships with Brand Collective and Kogan.com, alongside the team, client relationships and approach to affiliate marketing that define ND Agency.

We’re proud to be shortlisted for:

  • Agency of the Year: ND Agency

  • Best Programme Optimisation: Brand Collective × ND Agency

  • Best Incentive, Loyalty or Cashback Strategy : Brand Collective × ND Agency × ShopBack

  • Best Content & Commerce Partnership: Kogan.com × ND Agency

Together, these four shortlist places represent the breadth of our work: building stronger affiliate programmes, creating relevant customer experiences, connecting content with commerce and bringing brands and publishers together to deliver measurable results.

Brand Collective: a customer-first approach to affiliate programme optimisation

Our Best Programme Optimisation shortlist recognises the partnership between Brand Collective and ND Agency across a portfolio of 14 brands.

With different audiences, trading calendars and commercial priorities, the opportunity was not to apply the same affiliate strategy everywhere. It was to make each brand’s activity more relevant to its customers.

The work combined Brand Collective’s understanding of its brands and audiences with ND Agency’s specialist affiliate expertise. Together, the teams developed a more tailored approach to publisher partnerships, offers and campaign planning, aligning activity with how customers discover and shop each brand.

That collaboration delivered 39% year-on-year affiliate revenue growth, 36% sales growth and a 60% improvement in conversion rate.

The results reflect the value of a quality-first approach: stronger alignment between brands, publishers and customers, supported by close collaboration between the teams bringing it to life.

Game, Set, Cashback: 14 brands, one coordinated campaign

Brand Collective, ND Agency and ShopBack are also shortlisted for Best Incentive, Loyalty or Cashback Strategy for Game, Set, Cashback!

The one-day activation brought 14 Brand Collective brands together in a coordinated ShopBack campaign, combining the strength of the portfolio with a compelling customer proposition.

Each participating brand retained its own visibility within the wider campaign. This allowed the activation to support individual brand priorities while creating a stronger collective presence.

The campaign delivered 336% year-on-year revenue growth through ShopBack across the participating brands, with 60% of sales coming from new customers.

It demonstrated what a collaborative brand-agency-publisher partnership can achieve: bringing different businesses together around a shared opportunity without losing sight of their individual customers and objectives.

Kogan.com: turning content into affiliate growth

Our partnership with Kogan.com has been shortlisted for Best Content & Commerce Partnership.

The work focused on connecting relevant editorial and shopping content with product discovery, helping Kogan.com reach shoppers as they researched products, compared options and considered their next purchase.

Combining Kogan.com’s retail expertise with ND Agency’s affiliate and publisher experience, the teams strengthened the brand’s presence across reviews, buying guides and shopping features while respecting publishers’ editorial independence.

The partnership delivered remarkable year-on-year revenue growth through content partnerships within the affiliate channel, demonstrating how relevant content and close collaboration can connect product discovery with measurable affiliate performance.

Agency of the Year: built on trust, driven by partnership

Alongside the client work, ND Agency has been shortlisted for Agency of the Year.

ND grew from relationships, reputation and the confidence of clients who wanted senior expertise that stayed close to their business. That trust helped shape an independent agency built around hands-on delivery, commercial accountability and genuine partnership.

Within our first eight months as an agency, we had built a portfolio spanning 22 brands across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US.

Our ambition has always been to grow without losing the qualities that made clients choose us: knowing their business, taking ownership of the details and bringing thoughtful, practical ideas to the table.

The Agency of the Year shortlist is a particularly proud milestone because it brings that wider story into focus. It recognises not just an individual piece of work, but the agency we are building around our people and partnerships.

Neguin Farhangmehr, Founder and Managing Director of ND Agency, said:

“I wanted to build an agency where clients felt genuinely looked after, senior expertise stayed close to the work, and we could do ambitious things without losing the human side of it.

“Seeing both our client work and ND itself recognised on a global stage is an incredibly proud moment. I know how much care, effort and belief has gone into getting us here, and I’m so proud of the team behind it.

“To our clients and partners who backed us, and the people building ND with me: this is something we’ve created together. That’s what makes it so special.”
