ND Agency was not built in a boardroom. It was built from experience, relationships and a clear gap in the market.
After many years working across affiliate and performance marketing, we saw that brands needed more than platform access or basic account management. They needed senior guidance, honest advice, strong partner relationships and hands-on support across both the strategic and operational detail.
ND Agency was created to offer exactly that.
From the beginning, the agency has been shaped by trust, with many client relationships coming from people who had worked with us before and wanted to continue working together in a more focused and transparent way.

With over 16 years of experience in performance marketing and strategic growth, Neguin Farhangmehr is a globally recognised leader in Performance Marketing, specialised in the affiliate and partnership space. Her expertise spans Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Spain, the US, and Southeast Asia, bringing a global lens to building scalable, data-driven marketing strategies that drive real business outcomes.
Neguin has been a driving force in the industry, serving as Chair of the IAB Australia Affiliate & Partnership Working Group and judging the Global Performance Marketing Awards. She’s been named a Top 30 Global Performance Media Pioneer (2023) and a Top 50 Industry Player by PerformanceIN (2021), with a track record of leading award-winning campaigns and high-performing teams.
As the founder of the ND Agency, she remains hands-on with every client personally overseeing strategy, mentoring teams, and ensuring excellence in delivery.
