ND Agency grew from a simple observation: brands needed more than platform access and surface-level account management.
They needed experienced people who could provide honest advice, stay close to the detail and build genuine relationships with the partners driving their growth.
What began as a specialist consultancy quickly evolved into a boutique agency, Today, ND Agency supports established businesses, global organisations and emerging brands across retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, technology, travel and finance.
Our structure allows us to stay closely involved, move quickly and give every program the strategic and operational attention it deserves.
With more than 17 years of experience in performance marketing and strategic growth, Neguin Farhangmehr is an industry-recognised leader specialising in affiliate and partnership marketing.
Her career spans client-side marketing, technology platforms and agency leadership, including senior roles with Ticketmaster, Kantar and GrowthOps. Across these roles, Neguin led international programs, high-performing teams and award-winning client work across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Spain, the US and Southeast Asia.
Neguin is Chair of the IAB Australia Affiliate & Partnership Working Group and has served as a judge for the Global Performance Marketing Awards since 2021. She regularly contributes to industry events, best-practice initiatives and conversations shaping the future of affiliate and partnership marketing.
As Founder and Managing Director of ND Agency, Neguin remains closely involved with every client, overseeing strategy, mentoring the team and ensuring the agency continues to deliver the thoughtful, commercially focused work on which it was built.
